For those who are gullible enough to buy into @Simoncho's nonsense, I'd suggest taking a look at the Cannacord Research Report that AGY have posted on their own website, outlining an estimate US$284m for Stage 3 CAPEX. That works out to be A$437m, well north of his "out of the ballpark figure", and doesn't account for any inflation over the last 18 months since it was released.
