I’ve seen plenty of JV agreements, but never one where one partner can authorise a takeover of the JV without consent of the other party/ies.
If you can provide some reasonable explanation as to why Pablo and Menendez would have accepted such ludicrous terms when the JV was established, then go for it.
Until then, claiming that somehow our “opinions” are even remotely comparable is utter nonsense.
