I didn't say a takeover of the JV (Puna Mining) @GCar, I said a takeover of AGY. The Puna Mining JV partners have no say in a takeover of AGY. What could happen after that with the JV is anyone's guess. As I stated, I don't think a TO of AGY would necessarily affect the JV, which could potentially be re-agreed between Pablo and the acquirer of AGY. If Pablo doesn't agree, then what? The project most likely comes to a standstill until new terms could be agreed, with lots of legal action in the meantime.
