You have provided nothing to support this notion that an entity that could acquire AGY would automatically have access to Puna Mining’s project and IP etc.
Simply becoming a majority owner in the Puna Mining JV does not afaik magically entitle an entity to use or transfer or similarly access the contained IP, unless that is specifically written into the JV contract or otherwise negotiated - so, again, why would Alurralde and Menendez (the JV partners) have accepted such ludicrous terms, which btw would presumably allow AGY right now to “access” this IP??!!
If some other entity could buy out AGY tomorrow, and then magically access the project and said IP, then what is stopping AGY from doing that right now and selling/licensing that to others?
Yor FUD is not convincing imo and you have failed to even present a reasonable argument as to why it is a reasonbale “opinion” whatsoever.
…And what’s with the nonsense about having to fly to the AGM in order to ask questions? If you seriously thought that the Rincon project or its IP was vulnerable as you asserted, you would raise this and have it publicly addressed; zero flights required.
