Do you think they'll have all the engineering works completed and EPCM contractors sourced and arranged for works before they require a cap raise this year?
I think we've seen enough of the same patterns over and over again that their expectation of the strategic partnership will be moved again, from 'on receipt of 10ktpa approvals' to 'in line with engineering works and EPCM contractor award'. I can already see the next 'expectation' will be on upgraded feasibility/DFS.
If they had the ability to plan ahead, this would be completed sooner rather than later, as blind Freddy can see it will be a requirement eventually.
