Can you remind us what the “li price” was doing in the 2 years prior to AGY raising capital to fund the 2ktpa plant…?

It went from circa $12k/t to 11 to 10 to 9 to 8 to 7 ….. and you seem “baffled” that they went to the market for the $30M in Feb 2021….instead of securing a funding deal in the midst of shite prices, the Covid restriction bs etc etc…. ?

Plans change.
Influencing factors emerge.
Opportunities change.

btw what actually is the big deal if they do need to raise some capital to bridge the gap between exisiting cash and revenue+strategic partner funding…? The haters keep preaching “disaster”, but why exactly?
