Not sure if you read today’s announcement mate, but there is no strategic partner in play. JZ is now “re-focussing” his efforts to find one. In the meantime, a cap raise is almost a sure thing. The quarterly is due very soon, and will probably show a sub-A$10m bank balance, or maybe just barely above that.
