"Hopefully they are still ramping up" - The whole point of the ann is that ramp up can now begin again because the process bottlenecks have been ironed out and the necessary upgrades completed.
"Bit sceptical as no forecast to increase in production provided" - You can't expect a forecast at this stage. It's just not possible.
