there is more people standing around than the photo can fit them in. $US1.3m a month burn..(some costs goes into 10kt expansion design) I have feeling they ramped up the human resource for the plant operation long time ago but plant didn’t reach the output, we are currently wearing the costs. Politically probably not a smart move to make them redundant, they all from the same community and when we do need them the bridges are burnt.
