You have to factor in the covid factor and the time it took the Salta authorities to give the 10k additional permit. An obvious barrier to getting pen to paper with an offtaker.
How long do you think it will take to get agreements with the offtaker post the EIA permits considering say engaging a world banking entity to help oversee a deal that suits the further development of the project. It will take time.
For me Argosy in conjunction with Puna have ticked so many boxes others can only aspire to do.
Time will tell, but time taken to get it right is so important.
