OMG - what a p.. contest my p... contest and backyard post triggered! Who'd got a bigger d...?

To be clear, the backyard comment was related re how we present ourselves and the impression I am getting that it's more like boys with toys or the mad scientist/engineer as opposed to seasoned hard core production engineers knowing when to cut cost/corners/an approach, and when to spend / get in extra help to get from A to B quick no matter the pain or ego.

I'd like AGY to be a bit more hard core - and show it in everything they do - from their presentation, announcements, PR/marketing, processing and deal cutting.
