Low activity due to current market perception - share price has been pummelled into submission.
It will run when it runs, which will probably occur when...
A. the spot price bounces up unexpectedly, otherwise...
B. when the funding partner/package is announced,
C. or potentially sooner if ramp up escalates quickly toward 2ktpa.
There will come a time in the near future when the market can't avoid reacting to what's happening here. Like a balloon being held under water, it'll move quickly when it's let go.
