The wording in this announcement is excellent.
"High quality Battery grade LCE product" confirms grades they are aiming for.
"Arrangements to provide LCE samples to international customers and initial sales" already lining up buyers to send samples to. Shows confidence. Sending samples to Japan, Korea and China!
Honestly wouldn't be surprise to see a buyer come back, take a 20%ish stake in AGY for a large cash payment for Stage 3-4 plant and get this baby on the road in a real big way.
