There are two things going on, one is the OT with the Japanese which is getting very close it seems, it will likely sort our immediate cash situation and start utilising the pilot plant, the second is moving beyond that and into project funding for a larger facility etc, if that involves a few months extra testing, also possibly involving other parties then so be it....the first priority is cash that gives breathing space for getting the best deal which is what we want...better to have a good deal than a quick one...
