Or just the Japanese process of being very methodical and dotting every "i" and crossing every "t" was taking too long and the Koreans have maybe offered a much faster pathway to commercial funding? Remember the Koreans have only just come in in more recent announcements and reading between the lines it almost sounds like they are desperate to lock in supply as quickly as they can so maybe they have offered JZ not only better terms but also a much quicker path to full commercial funding as it seems they want alot of BG LCE? Just IMO and reading between the lines abit.

Interesting that the Japanese still seem to be interested in the stage 1 OT regardless though.
