I think it will be up and done until permits granted. But I think once they have permits and OT , and I have stated this before, RIO will buy them out. RIO need to spend , I think is was 300 mill on a 3000Tpa plant. Well buying a producer with 2000Tpa , an OT and permis to 10000 TPa just gets them years ahead of where they would be ... what they would pay for that 1 bill , 2 bill... who knows.
