What I don't understand is the difficulty in ramping up to 2000tpa. They had a pilot plant for 4 years and produced and sold BG-Li at small scale. If I remember correctly, the pilot plant had a nominal capacity of 500tpa. I would have thought that the procedural issues would have been resolved.
Don't get me wrong, I've been at it since the beginning of 2018 and have no desire to downramp. But I do wonder about the slow progress. Those issues which occur now should have been sorted out long ago.
