But it is an outright fallacy to imply that AGY hasn't led shareholders to believe that steady state would be achieved by now. If I tell a friend I'll see them at the pub at 2 pm, and then I just drive past, look at them and then drive home, was I misleading? Of course I was. The implication that I would catch up for a beer is there, but I would still be technically correct to say "well I said I'd see you at the pub, and I saw you". For this, I would deserve an uppercut, and AGY deserves a metaphorical uppercut for using the same shifty language (relentlessly I might add).

The bigger point is that since the previous update they've moved from the term "scheduled" to "targeted" for the MRE by late-2023. There's never been a target JZ couldn't miss, so this is a clear indicator that the MRE may slide to 2024.
