Yep - you're not gonna' sign an offtake and tie yourself in until your chemical partner has proven their process and has the means to provide what you're contracting for. Until they prove nameplate AND get approval for the expansion to 12ktpa no one is going to sign up.
On a positive note, these delays demonstrate how incredibly difficult it is for AGY brine competitors to get into production - we're waaaaaay ahead of the likes of LKE etc. The technology works, AGY just needs to refine the processing - patience, I have it, but sheeesh it's getting thin.
I'm still buying little bits to add to my holding - I'm only at 850K, but adding in dips.
