I completely agree with the RIO angle, and I've suggested previously that it would be a wise move for them given their CAPEX blowout with DLE. What I can't wrap my head around is why RIO would wait. The don't need the MRE as they have more than enough resource sitting next door, it makes no sense to wait for the EIA as they're also going through the same process, and why would they not pick it up when it was near all-time lows a week or so ago. If they were going to TO, I think they would have already made a move by now.
You never know though, guess we'll find out soon.
