JZ also runs a few other companies Ragusa Minerals is one. I think JZ failed here because he's not got eyes on the ground to monitor Pablo. PUNA only own about 23% of the company so JZ really should have someone looking over Pablo's shoulder all the time and I think it was totally left in his (Pablos) hands and he simply reported back to JZ. Then there's the shareholders who are kept in the dark anyway which is normal for any ASX company. Pablo stuffed up for sure and we weren't kept informed but by the time the 12ktpa plant gets going they're probably the best in the game as far as failures and learning curves go.
