I agree with what you say, subject to AGY being able to secure a funding arrangement for what is a very large sum of money.
I have been exposed in my work to private equity and have some limited understanding of how they operate and think. It has to be 110% bankable to have a chance and with a good margin. I can't imagine that banks are any easier to get backing from. Maybe the BYDs of the world will understand the business easier, but they too will need certainty of execution, not stories about lessons.
It remains in the drawer for me now. I got in early 2017, yep, a long long bumpy ride. So I'm still in the black, like quite a few of the people still here, who were posting back then. But I'm feeling it today though. I can imagine how holders that got in higher are feeling.
