    The same thing happened with the 500tpa pilot plant? It never got finished and they went on to 2ktpa and clearly failed. Now they wanna pull the same stunt and go directly to 10ktpa lol. Basically they gonna be stuck commissioning the 10ktpa and miss another cycle like we did with the 2ktpa.
