    are we really arguing about a 0.2% difference between laboratories?
    I am a materials engineer and in my experience fr that kind of analysis for a 2N (number of nines) the noise is between 5-10%.
    To me 99.5 and 99.7 are the same number within an error bar or ±0.5%
