I believe they have submitted the application so just waiting for the go ahead from the Salta gov, but I still believe they will skip stage 2 and go straight to large scale commercial production once an off take/funding deal is signed.
Not sure on the 77.5%, but I'll wager that when the process is proved in March, soon after there will be an aquisition announcement regarding more land on the salar for stage 3.
