The way I understand the situation, as brine is a liquid and he has chosen locations which I believe are at the lowest points in the salar it seems to me that we should be able to have our salar replenishing itself by simple gravity.

In other words, looking forward done the track when we decide to do further drilling say in 5 or more years and by that time we may be close to producing 22000 tonnes per year, at one stage we may find ourselves to be no longer open at depth like the other miners..., but open sideway!

I am not sure what RIO would think of this and also I am not aware of what would happen in that situation but rules that could apply would be the ones used in the oil and gas with developments across states boundaries?

Well, I am letting a free flow of ideas but IMO it is not unlike the water free flowing from the glaciers who are taking 100's if not 1000's of years to deplete but in AGY's casse, I could easily see a doubling of any JORC they would come up with the standard drilling and estimation method!
