With all due respect, good post... I think it could be a little of each. Usually the bots, cappers, shorts, whoever come out and play when they smell weakness. Why is there weakness? There's weakness because like you said lack of institutional investor atm because they need empirical evidence, data and buyers also not willing to step up. In a lot of cases fundamentals haven't changed only perhaps sentiment but it's enough to drive things downward. I believe a few may be just getting frustrated especially watching other li plays surge. all imo and I'm holding long no matter just talking aloud here..
