I have been wondering if a foreign government might get into Macri's pocket and do a deal to provide aid/financing/military/etc. incentive to help get a foothold on Lithium. Thought the Chinese were going down this path.
You can see the benefit from Macri's perspective, he needs to firm-up the country's economy.
But, can (or will) Macri step in and force private operators like AGY to supply a strategic trading partner? More likely an incentive "you supply my US buddies and we will provide you with more brine sites."
