I agree 100% with your sequence but I'm still not sure how effective EM will be because it's not massive sulphides. It may pick up the copper sulphides with it but half our tin is oxides and carbonates.
They would also have to use high power levels or the level of penetration would be limited.
Ps: The Fine copper sulphides and mixed oxide/sulphide tin is what we're losing to tails now and would be recovered by fuming in the upgrade being proposed.
