re: Ann: RIO: Institutional Acceptance Facili... I would have to disagree with you on that one angor532. IMO RIO would rather go unconditional at $16 soon than keep on extending the offer. The market got a whiff of an alternate bid in Dec/Jan and was at $17 for a significant amount of time. This time around the market is still not quite right. RIO will not get to 50.1% by Monday 7pm. The share price should fall back to $16 on Tuesday and RIO should release another announcement on Monday morning advising of the latest % increase. Perhaps the market will correct itself on Monday but if there isn't an adjustment downwards we will cash in our chips. Good luck mate.
