This isn't going higher than $7AUD. Why? RIO will no play and offer twice before leaving and shareholders will realise nothing changed at all and still the same company it was last week. RIo is probably annoyed that LTM potentially leaked talks to drive up prices.
Talks were for $4-6B USD so it would be decent to assume it would be $5 offer + addition terms to get management off.
