As I read this, while the Arcadium board have approved this, (can someone update me on what % they own ?), they still have to achieve over 75% Arcadium shareholder approval, does this mean those for the transaction will be buying as many as possible, from now onwards, to get this over the line come a time a vote is called ? or those opposing this price buying as many as possible before the vote ?
The shareprice could well exceed the offer price, as shorts try to buy back 'and' those wanting more for above influence do so too.
