Am I reading it correctly that they need a MAJORITY in NUMBER of shareholders (i.e. +50%) to support this, as well as +75% of votes (i.e. shares)…???
If so, the small fish (us) could block this, imo, even if the big dogs with their shed loads of shares meet the latter criteria….
Thoughts..?
ps. Imo the “offer” (deal? Lmfao) is insulting, considering what the company has been spruiking wrt growth plans etc.
Stinks of exit-strategy-for-the-boys imo!!!
