I'm in the camp that the future is bright for Arcadium and that the buyout price from RIO isn't great in my eyes based on that bright future. And I do feel that this was orchestrated based on the speed of acceptance etc.
However, I'm being hopeful that another entity out there has had their eyes opened to the value of Arcadium by RIO's offer and the supporting due diligence it would have undertaken.
There is plenty of time to see another offer come onto the table. I'm holding out for that thanks and will be voting no for RIO's offer. Not keen on paying CGT again and again. Just led me ride the next Lithium wave up thank you.
