    But, dont you think we could have brokered a deal in which we arent still in need of a CR... now in more need?

    I dont think many believe its a bad deal long term, but we had CR nerves yesterday, now we owe more than we have, and they mention a 25c raise in the fine print. The market is so short sighted at present, this deal just sealed our short term fate. From upward trajectory to low 20's again.
