Yes, the wait has been frustrating.
What makes you think the selling is not Retail? Really, only small volumes have been going through these past few weeks and bots seem to be pushing the price around. AL8 is also tighter held. Top 20 own around 80%, so not a lot of free float. As per previous announcements, they are also on the look out for additional tenements / projects in western USA.
They do seem to be progressing their other projects though and I expect we may start to get more flowing news from those from October onwards. I think the Frisco results will come through any time.
For those willing to hold for 12 months, I think there will be rewards, plus a 50% capital gains tax discount.
