Only 5percent of Rio value as per the presentation. Not a bad acquisition to grab a mine already in production with deposits for centuries and having a top quality lithium with top tier clients. Will be worthwhile in few years or May be soon if price recovery is quick. Just 5% for a massive resource. will generate huge cashflows for Rio shortly.
