They either exercise or they don't imo. Thats why it will be very telling on their view of SVM they either want the stake and the rights conveyed or they see an issue with the underlying investment.
I hope we see good results from the Graphite tests and progress on the environmental side such that the SP rises and RIo then exercise their option..
