More likely than not obviously, but probably not for a good few years after the DFS confirms what value is up for grabs. RIO has their seat at the table and inside running, but it would seem crazy to jump before all the permits and tax/royalty arrangements are locked in with Malawi. SVM is a poor struggling junior who cannot be squeezed too hard less they never get funded and developed. RIO is a big fat target to be squeezed till the pip's squeak...
