Maybe you're missing the fact that there's going to be another 83,095,592 shares issued bringing the market cap at todays price close to $300mil and possibly/probably another ~34.5 mil issued within 12 months.
Initially that extra market cap is basically money in the bank and is fully justified, however the value of being sured up by a giant is surely much more than todays rise. Institutions etc. don't make decisions to invest in an instant and will take a little time to understand and digest what this has done for SVM and put a value on it then.

It has been a reasonable chart since last October and this should see it continue imo, gap to close at 50c, hopefully first thing in the morning, then onwards and upwards!
