Yes maybe they could have worded the announcement better she was dropped as a director but held the position of CEO I missed the latter bit.
"At the Extraordinary General Meeting held on 18 October, Resolution 2, which proposed the election
of Penny Cox (CEO) as a Director of the Company was not passed and Ms Cox’s office as Director
ceased at that time, as previously announced.
While the Board is disappointed with the result of this resolution it would like to confirm that it has no
impact on the role of the CEO."
