They hold 11M in cash , not 2.6M like you said , the loss you mentioned is mainly due to the accumulation of the RADI banking staff salaries and other banking associated cost and not seing any returns for it just yet , when the RADi is approved this could turn around quickly.
Even without the banking licence if NOV signs new deals and patnerships at the same rate they have been doing the last few months NOV will have to re-rate 50c short term.IMO
They don't have any dept and own shareholding in a couple of companies ( RNT , uk Slice pay ) and several subsidiaries.
