Yes guys, and to save Dr J having to explain it himself the shareholder group is for those who expect to hold long term until production or JV or T/O all of which he will discuss. He is particularly anxious to ensure a low value raid on the company is not successful, including by blocking the final stage compulsory acquisition.
To achieve that and to keep his group together and focused he shares his very considerable knowledge and experience. - hence not for HC.
I have not run this past him buy I know him well enough to know he will speak to me if necessary.
