Inca could mine it if they wanted to - just like Sirius set out to mine Nova/Bollinger. But if it is a monster one would expect a major to want it all for themselves. Check Dr J's emails for his min buy out price, on predrilling assumptions.
If it is not a monster - which Dr J does not think likely - then we set up a mine - and a plant to crush & concentrate. Then export. The world wants zinc, so no need for binding off-take agreements. A fer hundred mill oz of silver won't go astray.
