Thunder, have you spoken with management? I've said all along that these guys need a good strategist, even in a consulting position (short term) - if you've worked in these sort of negotiating roles, perhaps they could use your skills.

Problem with small caps is they can't afford the full range of skills in full time employment, so inevitably they become jack of all trades. I'm a big believer in getting in the skills you need and for the likes of Inca, that's probably on a short term basis to get momentum moving.
