Lets see what the Thai Guy does. The offer is lowball still for me. The release also talks about a 30% threshold for a new Risco board member. This means they need another 20,826,335 share less today buys at .091 cents.
I really think the board could have also stated future revenue and dividends potentials therefore there is a case for dont accept the offer. What they are now saying is the 70millo in credits doesn't matter - go figure.
