Taking proceeds from the sale of blackspur and having management reinvesting that elsewhere would be a very very bad outcome. There would be significant pushback from investors if this happens.
These guys are not great at capital allocation unfortunately.
I’d want 100% of the proceeds distributed and let shareholders decide where to put our money.
