Seems like you are new to the party. Management have never delivered on any production forecasts, failed to realise true value for Motney which was touted to be a +100m asset, poor hedging decisions in the past, mediocre Black Spur asset with high sustaining CAPEX, the list goes on.
Also, if you expect management to sell Black Spur and return everything back to shareholders, you are dreaming and forgetting the fact that management would be out of a $400k + job if they sold Black Spur.
There is a reason why Calima trades like it does and its becuase it is an absolute dog.
