    Totally agree Kat,
    Highest risk is likely behind them.
    Mining is underway in a highly promising area, on the cusp of 15,000,000 funding to ramp up production, identified diamond bearing kimberlites, 35 year mining licence to be gazzetted, approximately 35 million to be repatriated to Lucapa by way of agreement for exploration, high end diamond sale this month, shall i keep going?
