Also I see that Blackstone has a 15% stake in the stock, similar to its stake in Corazon. It looks like there is a group of junior explorers who have got together to have cross-shareholdings - probably to prevent low-price takeovers. Also it enables a sharing of director's expertise and experience, which is all good for these junior exporers who are transitioning to miners. My understanding is that the company you refer to has a laterite deposit, while Corazon has a sulphide deposit. You can correct me if I am worng. This difference in minerology is very importnant. Laterites are formed from ancient rocks which have been oxidised and changed by millions of years of weathering. As a result, they accumulate certain metals (ie nickel, cobalt and scandium) which are oxidised. The minerals are changed by weathering - it is a bit like the effect of heat on a slice of bread - it changes it to toast. In contrast, Corazon has fresh rock which has nickel and other metals combined in sulphide compounds. The industry knows that sulphides are much cheaper and easier to reliably process into high-grade concentrate (ie metal sulphides require lower capex and lower opex). Laterites require a huge pressure cookers (autoclaves) which run at high temperature, high pressure and with concentrated acid (HPAL system). These conditions are extremely harsh on gear and hard to maintain (the autoclaves have very thick stainless steel shells but still corrosion occurs) . All of the material in a laterite deposit has to go through these autoclaves - it is a major bottleneck in the processing. In contrast, metal sulphides are processed by using gravity, magnetism and flotation to separate the metals into concentrates - these are relatively simple and efficient standard processes. Many say that EVs require high-class purified nickel and cobalt sulphates which can only be provided by metal sulphide deposits, like that held by Corazon at Lynn Lake and Miriam. But this is just my understanding, so do your research and good luck.

Thanks for the great reply and I will have a look at that. I am more of a speculator and saw that one of the main directors bought on market about $1mil worth and that was before the whole market collapsed and their SP dropped about 20% from he's buy in price, so I figured he knew what he was buying and willing to pay for, so followed the money so to speak.
